At 20 years old, Juwan Rice is an award winning chef, content creator, food photographer, personal brand curator, technology engineer and just an overall creative.
JR has been in the kitchen since he was 6 years old. His passion and creativity led him to launch JR’s gourmet in 2014, later starting his photography business and most recently launching JRice Spice which is a creative spice company that will take the guesswork out of cooking.
Growing up in North St. Louis, Juwan has aspirations to effect change in his neighborhood by ‘Spicin’ Up Tha Block’. Juwan Rice has been featured only many national and local publications like Food Network. His goals are to inspire people that came from the same background he did. In the future, you will see JR open unique restaurants, events, and other brands.
