Tim is more than a bartender or mixologist. He’s a restaurant owner (3 actually), father, husband, and caring leader. We originally met Tim a few years ago at one of his restaurants, we immediately saw his deep passion and desire to provide an unforgettable dining experience, every time. Tim has navigated his businesses through covid while retaining almost all of his staff, which if you know the restaurant industry, is unheard of.
