It all starts with family. Darren & Charlene turned their backyard foodie adventures into a popular business in St. Louis. Both Darren & Charlene are from California. After moving to St. Louis for love and work, Charlene saw an opportunity to introduce Filipino BBQ to the city.
The couple behind The Fattened Caf have seen extreme success in St. Louis by being awarded an Arch Grant, UMSL Accelerator and more. The vision continues to expand as their business grows and continues to support the St. Louis community.
