Elliott Brown & Jordy Logan - Building a Business Plate by Plate
Good friends of the show, Elliott & Jordy joined us for an episode about their extremely popular pop-up ‘Dinner at The Loft’ and news about the opening of Scout’s in late 2023.
During the pandemic, the service industry took a huge hit. Brown & Logan decided to do something about it by hosting intimate loft dinners at Browns apartment. In less than 2 years, the team has done 100+ dinners alongside their other partner Brandon Panosh. The dinners have evolved into offsite catering, pop-ups at local venues, and even brunch.
Over the past 10 years, Elliott knew his mission was to open a restaurant. The future home of Scouts will be located in a building that has been in Brown’s family for 40 years. Listen to the full episode to learn more.
