St. Louis’ most influential foodie gives us an authentic taste of her story that’s years in the making with popular instagram account, STLfoodies. Ashley, a transplant to Saint Louis has been ahead of the game in the food scene for years. What started as a high school hobby and interest in taking beautiful photos of food, eventually turned into a large following of 32thousand foodie followers. Ashley’s account goes beyond the plate.
She independently chooses a restaurant to highlight and serves up not just photos, but tells the story of the magic in the kitchen. Ashley shares the stories from the chefs who create authentic cuisine, and informs foodies about the art that they eat. She also works to bring the community together through self-produced events to support new and upcoming businesses.
